Tom has been a businessman at a young age, running different electrical businesses. With passion and dedication, Tom founded and originated Ibach’s Electric in 1983. With over 45 years of experience in the electrical field, he proudly brought his sons into the electrical field alongside him. Outside of running the business, Tom enjoys hunting and fishing. 

Dustin began working in the electrical field at a young age. Graduating from CTC with an Electrical Certificate, Dustin began working beside his dad.  In 2015, Dustin and Tom began Ibach’s Electrical Services, LLC. With determination, Dustin built up the business with his dad and brother; Tom Ibach Jr. Outside of running the business, Dustin enjoys camping with his family. 

Tom Jr has been in the electrical field for over 20 years and joined Dustin and Tom Sr as an owner in 2024.  Outside of running the business, Tom is an avid card collector, loves the game of football, and spending time with his family. 

Nathan has been with our team for over 10 years and has been a family friend from a young age. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, and has a deep passion for preaching at his church.

Steve has been with our team for over 7 years. Outside of work, Steve enjoys watching sports, and coaching baseball with his son.

Tyler has been with our team for the past couple of summers. As he finishes his schooling, he is learning the electrical field.
